Upon the appointment of its members, the Boxing and Wrestling Commission shall elect a President and a Secretary. The Secretary shall keep a minute book showing all proceedings of the Commission. All moneys or funds coming into the possession of the Commission or any member thereof shall be paid in at once by him to the City Treasurer, according to law. Such moneys or funds paid to the City Treasurer shall be placed to the credit of the General Fund.
