The duties of the Boxing and Wrestling Commission shall be to carry out and enforce the provisions of this chapter, to supervise all public boxing and wrestling exhibitions held in the City, to make and enforce rules and regulations governing such exhibitions, to provide for the prevention of any indecent, immoral or disorderly conduct, to preserve peace and good order, to prevent any unnecessary noise and disturbance in connection therewith and to make provisions governing the arrangement, condition and size of the room or building in which such exhibitions are held. The members of the Commission shall have the right to attend such exhibitions and it shall be the duty of at least one member of the Commission to be present at each of such exhibitions.
