816.09 LICENSE REVOCATION.

(a) The Mayor shall revoke the license of any licensee who violates any of the provisions of this chapter and no license shall be issued to any such person, or to his agent, employee or servant, within one year thereafter.

(b) No such revocation shall be effective until the procedures provided for in Section 804.02 have been complied with.
