The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to judicial sales, sales by executors or administrators, sales of unredeemed pledges by or on behalf of licensed pawnbrokers, in the manner prescribed by law, sales of farm products, farm implements or livestock, sales of household goods by bona fide owners, sales of real. estate, machinery and equipment, sales of automobiles accumulated by a bona fide dealer, sales of personal property not in the general line of merchandise and sales or auctions held by any church, charitable organization or fraternal organization.
