808.03 TEARING DOWN OR MUTILATING NOTICES OR ADVERTISEMENTS.

No person shall tear down any notice, bill, placard or advertisement of any kind, or in any manner mutilate the same, when such bill, placard or other advertisement has been posted in a legal manner.
