606.14 OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
   (a)   No person, without privilege to do so and with purpose to prevent, obstruct or delay the performance by a public official of any authorized act within his or her official capacity, shall do any act which hampers or impedes a public official in the performance of his or her lawful duties.

   (b)   No person shall in any manner whatsoever commit or attempt to commit any act or omission for the purpose of injuring, killing, disabling, deterring, impeding, obstructing, distracting or misleading any dog being used by the Division of Police or any other law enforcement agency, or officers or agents thereof, in the course of the duties and business of the Division or such other law enforcement agency or their respective officers or agents.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of obstructing official business, a misdemeanor of the second degree, and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
