266.03 DUTIES:

   The Board of Building Standards shall prepare, promulgate and publish model or standard codes establishing requirements for the following:

   (a)   Building, including the razing or destruction of buildings;

   (b)   Electrical installations and fixtures;

   (c)   Plumbing;

   (d)   Heating;

   (e)   Outdoor display structures, awnings, canopies, marquees and signs;

   (f)   Swimming pools;

   (g)   Moving of buildings;

   (h)   Board of Appeals procedures;

   (i)   Schedules for fees and fines;

   (j)   Licensing and/or registration;

   (k)   Inspection; and

   (l)   Qualifications of inspectors.
