254.43 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS PREMIUM FOR EMPLOYEES HOLDING HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ENDORSEMENT ON COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE.

There is hereby established a hazardous materials premium of ten cents ($.10) per hour for those employees who hold a hazardous materials endorsement on their commercial driver's license.
