City contract employees are hereby authorized to participate in the major medical health program of the City at the expense of the employee, provided that the following conditions are met:
(a) Enrollment and participation shall be at the expense of the employee.
(b) The employee shall have a regularly established work schedule for at least ninety days prior to enrollment.
(c) The employee shall have a regularly established work schedule of at least thirty-five hours per week.
(d) The employee shall deposit with the City, Auditor the monthly premium payment not later than the fifteenth of each month for the current month's payment.
(e) The employee shall comply with such other administrative details as may be prescribed by the City Auditor.
