(a) The position of permanent part-time Clerk-Typist is hereby changed to a full-time Clerk-Typist within the office of the Service Director.
(b) This legislation is limited and only affects the classification/specification plan in the Service Department. This legislation also affects replacements for the position to the extent that those replacements are not entitled. to become members of any employee organization represented by a recognized employee representative.
