238.05 EQUIPMENT NOT TO BE TAKEN OUT OF CITY.

No equipment of the Department of Public Service shall be taken out of the City unless such equipment is to be used for City purposes. However, the restrictions set forth in this section shall not apply when, in the opinion of the Director of Public Service, an emergency exists.
