§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 150.20 through 150.23 shall be punishable as set out in § 10.99.

   (C)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 150.35 through 150.38 shall be punishable as set out in § 10.99.

   (D)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 150.50 through 150.66 or any provision of any rule or regulation adopted by the Health Officer pursuant to authority granted by §§ 150.50 through 150.66, shall upon conviction be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
