(A) It shall be the duty of the Mayor or any assistant or agent hereafter appointed by him or her to enforce the provisions of this code and to make the inspections and tests required under the provisions of this code.
(B) The Mayor, assistant, or agent from time to time appointed by the Mayor, shall, after proper identification, have the right to enter any premises for the purpose of inspecting the plumbing system at such times as may be reasonably necessary to protect the public health.
