(A) It shall be the duty of the Mayor or any assistants or agents appointed as heretofore in the subchapter set forth, to enforce the provisions of this code and to make the inspections and tests required thereunder.
(B) The Mayor or any assistants or agents from time to time appointed, shall, after proper identification, have the right to enter any premises for the purpose of inspecting any electrical wiring and apparatus at such times as may be reasonably necessary to protect the public safety and health.
