§ 150.35 ELECTRICAL CODE ADOPTED.
   There is adopted by the city, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the installation of electric wiring and apparatus in the city, including permits and penalties, that certain electrical code known as the National Electrical Code, being particularly the 1962 edition thereof, save and except such portions as are hereinafter in this subchapter deleted, modified, or amended, of which not less than three copies have been and now are filed in the office of the City Clerk, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and from the date on which the ordinance codified in this subchapter shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the installations, repairs, and alterations of electric wiring and apparatus within the corporate limits of the city.
