§ 30.01 FORM OF GOVERNMENT.

   (A)   The form of government of the city shall be the Mayor-council plan provided by KRS.

   (B)   There shall be 12 Council members who shall be elected from the municipality at large.

§ 30.02 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS.

   (A)   From and after the date of the final adoption of this chapter, the Council shall hold one regular meeting each month during each year hereafter. The meeting shall be held in the city municipal building on the second Thursday of each month. As the need arises to conduct urgent business, special called meetings will be held on the fourth Thursday of the month, provided that they are advertised and conducted in accordance with the Kentucky Open Meetings Act.

   (B)   All meetings provided for under the terms of division (A) shall be held at 6:00 p.m.
