The following shall constitute the standing committees of the Council and the number of Council members on each:
(A) Personnel and Finance, six members.
(B) Public Works, six members.
(C) Public Safety, six members.
(D) Murray Calloway County Park Committee, five Council members and two non-elected City of Murray residents.
(E) Transportation, six members.
(F) Cemetery, six members.
(G) Insurance Committee, six members.
(H) Long Range Planning, six members.
(I) Ethics Committee, three members.
