(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to the schedule of fees of the Town Council to be accessed in the Ordinance Violations Bureau, or, if the aforementioned fee schedule is not applicable, § 10.99.
(B) Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of §§ 73.001 through 73.005 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by impounding of such person’s bicycle for a period not to exceed 30 days or by any combination thereof. In lieu of appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction, the person so charged may pay the fine assessed within 14 days to the Town Ordinance Violations Bureau. Upon conviction of a third or subsequent offense committed within one year after the date of the first offense, the penalty shall be a fine of not more than $1,000.
(C) (1) A civil penalty not exceeding $300 shall be imposed upon a person for violation §§ 73.020 through 73.023. In lieu of appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction, the person so charged may pay the fine assessed within 14 days to the Town Ordinance Violations Bureau. Upon conviction of a third or subsequent offense committed within one year after the date of the first offense, the penalty shall be a fine of not more than $1,000.
(2) An off-road vehicle used in violation of §§ 73.020 through 73.023 shall be subject to seizure and impoundment pending adjudication and payment of all civil penalties and court costs; and the property rights of the owner of the off-road vehicle shall be subject to disposition of the off-road vehicle by sale or otherwise, as the court may order.
(D) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 73.035 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continuous. In lieu of appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction, the person so charged may pay the fine assessed within 14 days to the Town Ordinance Violations Bureau. Upon conviction of a third or subsequent offense committed within one year after the date of the first offense, the penalty shall be a fine of not more than $1,000.
(a) Fifty dollars for the first violation;
(b) One hundred dollars for the second violation; and
(c) A penalty not to exceed $500 for each subsequent violation.
(2) Persons 18 years of age and older who violate §§ 73.035 through 73.037 shall be liable for the penalty for the violation. The parents, legal guardian or persons standing in loco parentis to persons under 18 years of age who violate §§ 73.035 through 73.037 shall be jointly and severally liable for the penalty for the violation. In lieu of appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction, the person so charged may pay the fine assessed within 14 days to the Ordinance Violations Bureau.
(4) Police officers of the town are authorized to issue complaints and summonses for violations of §§ 73.031 through 73.033 using the uniform traffic ticket prescribed in I.C. 9-30-3-6, including any amendments or replacements of the statute.
(F) Any person violating any provision of §§ 73.050 through 73.056 shall, upon a first finding of such violation, be subject to a fine not to exceed $50, and upon a second finding of such violation, be subject to a fine not to exceed $100. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense and be subject to a separate fine. If a person accumulates two or more violations within a calendar year, the person’s golf cart registration shall be suspended. In lieu of appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction, the person so charged may pay the fine assessed within 14 days to the Town Ordinance Violations Bureau. Upon conviction of a third or subsequent offense committed within one year after the date of the first offense, the penalty shall be a fine of not more than $1,000.

(G) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 73.070 through 73.075 is guilty of a criminal misdemeanor or an infraction as provided in I.C. 14-16-1-29, 9-18.1-14-2, 9-18.1-14-5, 9-18.1-14-10 and 9-18.1-14-11 and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $500. Furthermore, any violation of state code as hereinabove referenced may be prosecuted under the appropriate provisions of state code.
