(A) Subject to the provisions in division (B) below, the use of bicycles, roller skates, inline skates, roller blades and motorized vehicles on sidewalks is prohibited in all districts of the town zoned for business.
(B) The following uses are excepted from the prohibition of division (A) above:
(1) Electrically powered wheelchairs and scooters operated by the disabled or elderly;
(2) Construction equipment and service vehicles for which specific authorization has been granted in advance by the Town Council or an officer thereof; and/or
(3) Parking a bicycle on a sidewalk in front of a place of business while the rider is inside the place of business.
