The town does reserve the right to prohibit the use of snowmobiles on any and all town streets, alleys and rights-of-way or to modify or withdraw this chapter at any time, particularly the time of an emergency or as a result of violations of this chapter and the conditions set forth or for any flagrant disregard of property and personal safety of the public.
