921.02 GENERAL POLICY.
   (a)   Hauled wastewaters may be discharged, when authorized, at the Septage Receiving Station located at 500 East Loren Road TR 127 Mt. Gilead, Ohio.
   (b)   The materials described in Section 921.12, Hauled Wastewater Limitations, are acceptable for discharge at the Septage Receiving Station. Generally this is:
      (1)   Septage pumped from residential homes.
      (2)   Dirty water from carpet cleaners.
      (3)   Wastewater pumped from potable toilets.
      (4)   Dirty water from recreational vehicles (RVs).
   (c)   A permit must be obtained prior to discharge at the SRF, except for carpet cleaners and RV owners, who must pay cash and register at the time of discharge.
   (d)   Any person, firm, or corporation authorized to discharge hauled wastewater into the SRF is required to comply at all times to the rules and procedures set forth herein and in accordance with all applicable Federal or State laws or regulations.
   (e)   No person, firm, or corporation shall discharge any hauled wastewater into any manhole or other appurtenance of any sewer per Federal regulation.
   (f)   Any hauler who discharges wastewater into the SRF shall pay the appropriate rates described in Section 921.19, Discharge Fees.
   (g)   Refer to Section 921.04 for types of wastewater prohibited or permitted and limits in pollutants loading.
