(a) Fees are established by resolution of the Village to cover the costs of operation. They will be changed from time to time based on plant requirements and regulations, operating costs, and debt service on the facilities.
(b) The following rates will be charged for use of the SRF:
(1) Six cents ($.06) per gallon for basic septage with a Village-issued hauled wastewater discharge permit.
(2) Ten cents ($.10) per gallon for chemical toilet (“porta-potty”) haulers with a Village-issued permit.
(3) Thirty dollars ($30.00) per year for Village customer RVs with a Village-issued permit.
(4) Five dollars ($5.00) cash for other RV users per discharge.
(5) Five dollars ($5.00) cash for carpet cleaners per discharge.
(6) Surcharge rates are to be applied for any potential “hauled wastewater delivery” on a case- by-case basis by appointment.
(c) Village-issued cards only will be accepted for approved haulers.
(d) All other pre-approved deliveries of hauled wastewater will need to deposit cash at the Clerk Treasurer's office at 72 West High Street, Mount Gilead.
