(b) Whoever violates Section 351.04(f) shall be fined a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(c) Each parking citation issued in the Village shall include the following notice: NOTICE: If you wish to avoid a formal appearance in the Mayor's Court of the Village of Mount Gilead, Ohio and the addition of local court costs, you may pay the fine (either $10.00 or $100.00) by personally delivering this citation and payment to the Office of the Mayor or drop off in the box marked "Parking Tickets" in the Mount Gilead Police Department door within 24 hours of the citation. Otherwise, you may send the payment by mail, payable by money order, within three (3) business days of receiving the ticket. Send your copy of the ticket. Send your copy of the ticket and payment to Mayor's Office, 72 West High Street, Mount Gilead, Ohio 43338. Thank your for your cooperation.
