351.11 MAXIMUM CONSECUTIVE PARKING LIMIT IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (a)   No person shall stand or park a motor vehicle on any street within the residential districts of the Village in excess of 72 consecutive hours.
   (b)   Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to permit parking of motor vehicles where prohibited or relaxing other restrictions on parking by the Village ordinances or State statutes.
