(a) All parking along highways, streets and alleys owned or maintained by the Village of Mount Gilead, and all parking in the public parking lots owned or maintained by the Village of Mount Gilead, shall be limited to 72 hours, except as provided in division (b) of this section.
(b) From 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. along the following streets, in the following specified areas, parking shall be limited as follows:
(1) Both sides of Main Street from the intersection of Marion Street to the intersection of North Street shall be two-hour parking, except Sundays and holidays, unless parking is otherwise prohibited.
(2) Both sides of Center Street from the intersection of Cherry Street to the first alley east of Main Street shall be two-hour parking, except Sundays and holidays, unless parking is otherwise prohibited.
(3) Within the public parking lot located in the northwest portion of the North Public Square (the Main Street and High Street intersection) shall be two-hour parking, except Sundays and holidays.
(4) Within the public parking lot located in the east end of the southeast corner of the North Public Square (the East High Street and Main Street intersection) shall be two-hour parking, except Sundays and holidays.
(5) The south side of West High Street from Cherry Street to the first alley west shall be limited to ten-minute parking.
(6) The west side of South Cherry Street from the intersection of West High Street to West Center Street shall be limited to thirty-minute parking.
