§ 37.03 SCHEDULE OF ORDINANCES AND CODE PROVISIONS.

   (A)   This chapter authorizes the Violations Clerk to adhere to the schedule of ordinance and code provisions which are subject to admission of violation before the Violations Clerk.

   (B)   The following ordinance and code provisions are subject to admission of violation before the Violations Clerk:

      (1)   Smoking ordinance violations (Chapter 96);

      (2)   Excessive noise ordinance violations (§§ 94.01 through 94.06);

      (3)   Traffic Code and ordinance violations (Title VII); retail food establishment and/or bed and breakfast establishment ordinance (Chapter 112);

      (4)   Dog control violations (§§ 91.01 through 91.11, 91.99);

      (5)   County residential rental property ordinance (§§ 150.15 through 150.18);

      (6)   County illegal dumping ordinance (Chapter 51); and

      (7)   Environmental health services residential sewage disposal systems ordinance and all amendments (Chapter 51).

   (C)   The Violations Clerk may accept payment of a civil penalty violation in the amount of $100 for the violation of the above ordinances, unless expressly set forth otherwise.
