§ 94.06 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The County Sheriff, and his or her deputies, shall have full authority to enforce this subchapter and issue citations for violations.
   (B)   The County Prosecutor or County Attorney may prosecute and enforce this subchapter, and shall have the authority to pursue any equitable remedy based upon a violation, including a preliminary or permanent injunction.
