It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to generate, make, continue or cause to be generated or made or to create any unreasonably loud, disturbing or unnecessary noise or sound within the unincorporated areas of the county, of such character or intensity or duration so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property or which disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, safety, peace or welfare of any person or livestock.
