§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Anyone found guilty of violating § 110.01 of this code shall be fined in a sum of not less than $10 and not more than $25. Each day said violation shall occur shall be considered a separate offense.
   (C)   Violations of §§ 110.15 through 110.20 of this code are punishable by a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $200. Each day during which any person, business firm or corporation engaged in the business of an itinerant merchant or solicitor operating in violation of the provisions of §§ 110.15 through 110.20 of this code shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   Any person found guilty of violating §§ 110.35 through 110.42 of this code shall be fined, for the first offense, not less than $5 and not more than $25 and for any subsequent offense, not less than $10 and not more than $50.
