For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
STREET VENDOR. Any person using a motor vehicle or other mode of transportation designed and used to sell products from said vehicle from the streets, alleys or other public highways within the town, which are not operated over any definite route.
