(A) Street vendor licenses may be revoked and the right to operate suspended for any violation by any operator or his or her employee of any of the provisions of this subchapter, or for the violation of any penal statues of the state.
(B) The convenience of the public being of paramount importance, owners and/or operators of street vendors licensed pursuant to this subchapter shall give good, efficient and sufficient service to persons desiring their products within the limits of said town, and a failure to do so shall be sufficient grounds for the revocation or suspension of his or her license.
