§ 110.01 COIN-OPERATED BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS.
   (A)   If any property owner or any owner, operator or manager of any business establishment in which is situated coin-operated equipment shall keep the same open to the public as a business establishment at any time without having therein a competent employee in charge of said establishment, said property owner, operator or manager shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   However, this section shall not be deemed to include a coin-operated vending machine situated outside the confines of any building and plainly visible from the street or highway adjacent thereto.
