§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Upon a finding by the Town Court or other court of competent jurisdiction that a nuisance violation has occurred, the violating party shall pay a fine of up to $500 with each day that the violation occurs to be an additional violation. In addition, all costs associated with the enforcement of §§ 91.015 through 91.020, 91.035 through 91.036, 91.050 through 91.052 and 91.065 through 91.073 of this code shall be to the maximum extent possible be assessed to the violating party.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 91.001 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $10. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 91.002 of this code shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not to exceed $500, and each act shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
   (E)   Any person who violates any provision of § 91.035 of this code shall be subject to the general penalties set forth in § 10.99 of this code. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (F)   Any person who is judged to have violated the provisions of § 91.069 of this code is subject to a fine of up to $500 in addition to towing and storage charges.
