§ 91.002 DEPOSITING RUBBISH PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to throw, place or deposit any rubbish in any sewer, drain, ditch or stream within the corporate limits of the town. For the purpose of this section, RUBBISH is defined as cans, ashes, underbrush and various other things not herein specifically set forth.
