An owner or lien holder who claims a vehicle impounded and declared abandoned by the Department shall be charged a towing fee and a per day storage fee which shall be paid before the vehicle is released. If not timely paid, the vehicle will be considered unclaimed and subject to sale pursuant to I.C. 9-22-5 et seq.
