§ 30.07 CLERK.

   (A)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer is the clerk of the Board of Trustees. (Ord. 508, passed 12-1-82)

   (B)   Whenever the Board of Trustees has an even number of members for any reason, the Clerk-Treasurer is an ex officio member for the purpose of casting the deciding vote to break a tie.

   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to send a certified copy of §§ 30.01 through 30.05 and §§ 30.07 and 30.09 to the secretary of the County Election Board for the purpose of conducting an election in the town on the date of the next general town election.
