§ 30.01 DESIGNATION OF LEGISLATIVE BODY AND TOWN EXECUTIVE.

The Board of Trustees elected under this chapter is the town legislative body and shall consist of five members. The President of the Board of Trustees selected under § 30.06 of this chapter is the town executive.
