§ 30.04 SELECTION AND DUTIES OF MAYOR PRO TEMPORE.
   At the first meeting after their election the City Council shall select one of the councilmen to act as Mayor Pro Tempore during his term of office. The Mayor Pro Tempore shall, in case of sickness or absence of the Mayor, perform all the duties of the mayor and he shall be compensated for his services as prescribed by the City Council.

§ 30.05 ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION.
   The administrative organization of the city government is set out in a chart on file in the office of City Clerk.

§ 30.06 OFFICIAL BULLETIN BOARD.
   An official bulletin board is hereby established. Such bulletin board shall be maintained and kept at city hall for public convenience and information.

§ 30.07 OFFICIAL CORPORATE LIMITS MAP.
   The official corporate limits map of the City of Monroe shall be as delineated in the electronic map created by the geographic information system. All changes to the official corporate limits map that may be made hereafter shall be identified by updating the original computer data for each change together with the date thereof. A hard copy of the original map data and changes thereto will be kept in the City Clerk's office. All revisions to the hardcopy will be numbered, dated, and signed by the Engineering Director.

MEETINGS
§ 30.15 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   There shall be a regular meeting of the City Council at the city hall or at such other place as may
be designated on days and times to be determined in the discretion of the City Council. Any schedule of regular meetings may be modified by the City Council in accordance with the notice provisions of the open meetings law.

§ 30.16 ADJOURNMENT IN ABSENCE OF QUORUM.
   If a quorum shall fail to attend any regular or special meeting of the City Council, or if for any reason such meeting shall fail to complete transaction of the business before the meeting, such meeting may be adjourned to any date prior to the next regular meeting, agreed upon by a majority of the members present.
