2-1-6: IMMUNITY:

The Monee Emergency Management Agency authorized and operated under this Chapter is established in accordance with 20 ILCS 3305/10(c), and shall operate under the immunity established by the state legislature in 20 ILCS 3305/15. (Ord. 1968, 3-10-2021)
