2-1-3: LOCAL DISASTER DECLARATIONS:
   A.   The Village President, or his or her interim emergency successor, may issue, continue or terminate local disaster declaration in accordance with state statute.
   B.   The effect of a declaration of a local disaster is to activate the emergency management and operations plan of the Village. (Ord. 1968, 3-10-2021)
