Any owner or representative of the owner of land located within the village, or located entirely or in part within one and one- half (11/2) miles of the nearest limits of the village shall first submit to the plan commission of the village such information as may be required by the plan commission as specified in section 12-5-1 of this title. This step does not require formal application fee or filing of a preliminary plat with the plan commission. The applicant will be supplied with pertinent information on plan commission requirements not herein contained, or as these regulations may be applied to the subject property. (Ord. 831, 8-10-1994)
