The printed document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, being marked and designated as the International Mechanical Code, 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council (ICC) (herein sometimes referred to as "Mechanical Code"), and the International Fuel Gas Code, 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council (herein sometimes referred to as "Fuel Gas Code") is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code and Fuel Gas Code of the Village, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Mechanical Code and Fuel Gas Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions and changes, if any, prescribed in sections 9-4-2 and 9-4-3 of this chapter.
