9-4-3: FUEL GAS CODE DELETIONS AND CHANGES:

The following deletions and/or changes are hereby made to the International Fuel Gas Code.

Section 101.1 Village of Monee

Section 106.6.2 The Fee Schedule as set forth in the building code of the Village established in Table 1 entitled Schedule of Permit Fees, shall apply to all mechanical work.

Section 106.6.3 50%, 0%

Section 108.4 Misdemeanor, $750.00

Section 108.5 $50.00, $750.00

Section 109.2 Membership of the Board: the Board of Appeals shall consist of the members of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Monee, Will County, Illinois acting from time to time.
