Smoking shall be prohibited in all retail tobacco stores; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to an established smoking area incidental to the sale of tobacco in retail tobacco stores, if such smoking area was in existence and operational as of April 25, 2005. (Ord. 1747, 3-23-2016)
