A. Alleys shall be required in commercial and industrial districts, except where provision is made for service access, such as off street loading, unloading and parking consistent with the requirements set forth in the zoning regulations.
B. Alleys may be permitted in residential districts when conditions warrant an alternative means of access. (2005 Code)
