7-10-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
PRIVATE PROPERTY: All strips of land not held open for public use.
PUBLIC GROUNDS: All strips of land controlled or owned by the city of Mitchell which are held open for public use including, but not limited to, roadways, boulevards, parkings, rights of way, parkways and parks. (Ord. 2544, 5-16-2016)
