2.08.040: NUMBER OF COMMISSIONERS:

The commission shall consist of one member of the board of county commissioners, one member of the board of trustees of the Mineral County school district, and three (3) members who are qualified electors in Mineral County. All members of the commission shall be appointed by the board. (Ord. 231A, 9-18-2013)
