The commission may advise and make recommendations to the board regarding the creation, maintenance, and promotion of recreational opportunities within Mineral County including, but not limited to, the following:
A. Policy in regard to recreational and park facilities;
B. Regulations governing the use and enjoyment of such facilities;
C. Plans for additional recreational and park facilities and the development of existing facilities;
D. Rates, tolls, and charges for services and the use or availability of facilities;
E. Employment of technical and clerical staff; and
F. To perform such additional duties for the park and recreational programs as may be delegated by the board. (Ord. 231A, 9-18-2013)
