2.08.010: DEFINITIONS:

As used in this chapter unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions shall apply:

BOARD: The board of county commissioners of the county of Mineral, state of Nevada.

COMMISSION: The Mineral County park and recreation advisory commission.

COMMISSIONER: A member of the commission. (Ord. 231A, 9-18-2013)
