Nevada Revised Statutes 239B.010(1)(a), (b) authorizes Mineral County to request and receive from the federal bureau of investigation information on the background and personal history of any person with whom it intends to enter a relationship of employment or contract for personal services, or who has applied for a license as required by statute or local ordinance, or as may be required by local government law or regulation.
